If you didn't received the credits/items/premium membership automatically after the purchase please make a ticket. We guarantee that you will receive your credits in maximum 72 hours. In case you didn't receive your credits you may ask for a refund. You may ask for refund for up to 30 days from the date of purchase.
No refund will be issued if you used the credits during this one month period to purchase items from the Game Shop or any other virtual item or services from the game or outside the game.

Items and Credits Exchange

Credits may not be exchanged between accounts. Please choose your items carefully. We will not swap, upgrade or transfer your items. We will not change your character race or class. If for any reason your purchased item is lost you will receive same item in exchange and not credits or tolls. You need to contact us and send your payment receipt to our Contact Support center and we will assist you.
Credit Points / Tolls / Items

Credits, Tolls, Items and Kinah are intangible virtual items that you will receive on your account or inside the game on your character.
Credit Points (Tolls in game) are virtual points used in the game shop or on the web shop to purchase rewards.
Items are virtual goods used in game such as weapons, armors, enchants, titles, emotions, pets, etc.
Kinah is the virtual currency for "money" used in Aion Game.
Lifetime Premium Membership

The Lifetime Premium Membership never expires and gives you higher rates as defined on our main page or on server info. Usually this rates are two times higher then the normal rates and will be applied to all your characters on the Premium account. We may change the premium rates without notification.
30 Days VIP Membership

The VIP Membership expires after 30 dasy gives you higher rates as defined on our main page or on server info. Usually this rates are four times higher then the normal rates and will be applied to all your characters on the VIP account. We may change the VIP rates without notification.
